Report is placed on record. Report shows petitioner had entered the district of Hooghly on some occasions but did not disturb any witness.

In view of the aforesaid fact, condition of bail imposed upon the petitioner, that is, not to enter the district of Hooghly is waived. However, he shall report to the Officer-in-Charge of Bhadreswar P.S once in a month until further orders.

Other conditions of bail shall continue.

Accordingly, the application for relaxation of conditions of bail being CRAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of.
