Perused the case diary.

The prosecution case is that a miscreant came putting a mask on his face, seriously wounded the victim and fled away with some money. His motorcycle was found at the spot. The ownership was verified to be that of the present petitioner. Considering the serious nature of allegations, the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statements of witnesses and the injury report of the victim, I do not consider this is to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
