In Re: CRAN 1 of 2022.

A prayer has been advanced in CRAN 1 of 2022 contending that the respondent/contemnor no.1 has expired and her name may be expunged in the contempt application. To that effect, a photostat copy of the death certificate has been enclosed by the applicant.

In view of the prayer advanced, the same is accepted. The name of the proposed contemnor at the relevant point of time, namely, Santi Sudha Das be treated to be expunged. Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of.

Affidavit-of-compliance filed at the instance of the contemnor no.2 pursuant to the order dated 31.03.2023 reflects that a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- was deposited with the learned Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta. Let the same be kept with the record.

Accordingly, the contemnor no. 2, namely, Arunava Das

is discharged from the rule so issued.

So far as the main application for contempt being CRLCP 10 of 2022 the orders passed being complied, no further order need not be passed in the said application and the same is treated to be disposed of.

Accordingly, CRLCP 10 of 2022 is disposed of. The main revisional application being CRR 1770 of 2022 be listed before the Bench having determination. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
