Petitioner has preferred the present application seeking restoration of the writ petition.

Inspite of service, nobody appears on behalf of the respondents. Affidavit-of-service filed in court today is taken on record.

This Court has considered the averments made in the application seeking recall of the order dated 21.01.2025. The writ petition was dismissed for default, not on merits. Sufficient cause has been shown to recall the order.

Under such circumstances, this court is inclined to recall the order dated 21.01.2025 and restore the writ petition to its original file and number.
