Petitioners seek anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that there was a free fight over a political issue. There are cases and counter-cases between the private parties. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the injuries of the victim suffered in the present police case.

There are at least four persons suffering grievous injuries. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are unable to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. 8331 of 2021 is dismissed.
