Considering the fact that the victim was minor and she has made direct allegation against the petitioner as one of the co-accused for commission of alleged offence which prima facie attracts POCSO Act and Child Marriage Act, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioner. 2.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
