The petitioner complains of violation of this Court's order dated 12th August, 2021. It is submitted that although WBSEDCL complied with the order and restored electricity, he could not use submersible pump because of threat and intimidation by the officers of the WBSEDCL. 2.

This Court finds that no complaint has been made to any authority as regards to such threat.

Hence, the contempt application shall stand disposed of without any orders.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

5.

There will be no order as to costs.

6.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
