The petitioner has challenged an order by which the title execution case was adjourned by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 7th Court at Howrah. Such order was passed in Title Execution Case No.96 of 2023, arising out of Title Suit No.34 of 2011.

By the order impugned, the learned court below recorded that an appeal was pending before the learned District Judge, Howrah being No.74 of 2023. The court fixed September 30, 2023 for further hearing of the title execution case.

This Court does not find that any order, adverse to the interest of the petitioner, has been passed. The next date has been fixed on September 30, 2023. The petitioner is at liberty to appear before the learned court below and make his

submissions, in accordance with law. No order can be passed in this revisional application.

The revisional application is accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
