Records reveal that no one appeared on behalf of the appellant when the matter was taken up for hearing on 7th June, 2023. Today also no one appears on behalf of the appellant and no accommodation has been sought for.

Mr. Pramanick, learned advocate appearing for the Bank/respondent nos.5 and 6 submits, upon instruction, that the dues have already been repaid by the appellant and the dispute has been settled. Let the documents, as produced, be kept on record.

In view thereof, no further order is required to be passed in the present appeal and the same along with the connected application are disposed of.
