1. Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

2. Perused the case diary.

3. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary and the fact that the proclamation has been issued against the petitioner in this case where the FIR was lodged in 2013, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
