Banerjee Mr. Aharnish Ghosh ...for the petitioner By the order impugned, the certificate-debtor was directed to disclose the details of moveable/immovable properties along with relevant documents or records which is available in his custody for attachment/sale under Section 14 of the Public Premises Act, 1971.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that he has been instructed by the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the Estate Officer. Since only the petitioner was directed to showcause by the order impugned, this court is not inclined to interfere with such order.

It will be open to the petitioner to approach the Certificate Officer, South 24 Parganas and make an appropriate prayer before such authority.

With the above observations, CO 2973 of 2025 stands disposed of.

However, it is made clear that this order shall not prevent the petitioner from approaching the appropriate authority in accordance with law. (Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J.)
