Leave is granted to the learned advocate-on-record of the petitioner to amend the cause title and strike out the irrelevant part.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is anxious regarding the progress of the proceedings. According to the learned advocate, although charge-sheet was filed in the month of March 2021, but till date the copies have not been supplied to the petitioner who has been implicated in this case. It has been brought to the notice of this Court that the next date is fixed on 10.02.2022.

Accordingly, learned Magistrate is directed to take steps so that the copies are supplied to the petitioner on 10.02.2022 or within 60 days thereafter. After the copies are supplied, the learned Magistrate by June 2022 will try to overcome the stage of consideration of charge and thereafter fix regular dates so that the trial of the case can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 2491 of 2021 is disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
