The plaintiffs have filed the instant application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying for expeditious disposal of the application under Order 39, Rule 1 & 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure as well as the Title Suit No. 4946 of 2015 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 4th Court at Alipore.

It appears from the record that the hearing of the injunction application was fixed sometime in the month of September 2018.

C.O. 3176 of 2018 is disposed of with the hope and trust that the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 4th Court at Alipore shall dispose of the injunction

application as expeditiously as possible, if the same is still pending.
