Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the alleged inaction on the part of the respondents, State Tax Authorities in considering and disposing of his representation dated 16th August, 2022 as appears at page 22 of the writ petition for redressal of his grievance against the impugned action of blocking of Electronic Credit Ledger by order dated 5th August, 2022, details of such grievance will be reflected from the aforesaid representation.

Considering the submission of the parties and facts and circumstances of the case as appears from the record this writ petition being WPA 19256 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the Assistant Commissioner of State Tax, Bureau of Investigation(South Bengal), the respondent No.1 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 16th August, 2022 in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and

speaking order and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorised representative within two weeks from the date of communication of this order.

At the time of hearing petitioner shall be entitled to take all the points before the respondents Authority concerned, which has been taken in this writ petition. ( Md. Nizamuddin, J. )
