1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioners are alleged to have stopped the police party from arresting the accused. Out of the four petitioners, three are female. The injury sustained by the victims are simple in nature.

3. Charge-sheet is stated to have been filed in the meantime.

4. Regard being had to such facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioners, nature of allegation and completion of investigation, it is directed that each of the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Malda in G. R. Case No. 5858 of 2020 arising out of the aforesaid P.S. case within 15 days from today. On their appearance and application for bail each of the petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case including the condition that petitioner no. 1 shall appear

before the O.C., Kaliachak P.S. once in a week unless such condition is relaxed by the learned Trial Court on proper application be filed by the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is allowed.

6. The application being CRM (A) 3427 of 2023 is disposed of.
