Report submitted by the State be also kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners.

Report reflects that pursuant to the last representation, Patashpur Police Station Case No. 381 of 2024 dated 16th July, 2024 was registered for investigation and on completion of investigation chargesheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional court.

The petitioners are aggrieved because they are not allowed to enjoy the possession of their property.

The police authorities have exercised jurisdiction in respect of the offence so committed so far as the actual possession is concerned. It

would be the discretion of a civil court to pass an appropriate order on perusal of the documents. The petitioners are granted liberty to approach the jurisdiction civil court. In the meantime, the police authorities would keep a strict vigil and see that no breach of peace and tranquility takes place at the instance of either of the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA No.

19633 of 2024 is disposed of.
