As none appears to oppose the prayer of the petitioner, accordingly, the interim order which was initially passed on December 10, 2021 stands extended till September 30, 2022 or until further order, whichever is earlier.

Time to file the affidavit-in-opposition is extended by a period of four weeks; reply thereto, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter.

The application praying for extension of interim order being CAN 1 of 2022 stands disposed of.
