The petitioner has two fold submissions. One relating to construction of a building. The other relating to cultivation of the land in dispute. If the petitioner is cultivating his own land and in that case

there is a status quo order of the civil court, the police authorities being the Inspector-in-Charge, Basanti Police Station would see to that as a matter of public policy, the order of the civil court is respected and honoured. No breach of peace and tranquility should take place in respect of the subject matter of the property referred to in the writ petition. A strict vigil be kept by the police authorities.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 19641 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending applications if any are consequently disposed of.
