Heard the learned Counsels appearing on behalf of the parties.

Report is placed on record. No narcotic substance was recovered from the petitioner. No other incriminating material has transpired in the course of investigation connecting the petitioner with the alleged transportation of narcotic substance.

Under such circumstances, we are inclined to confirm the interim bail granted to the petitioner.

Accordingly, interim bail granted on 18.04.2022 is confirmed.
