This is an application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing the proceedings of G.R. No.5639 of 2013 arising out Dum Dum Police Station Case No.812 of 2013 dated 17.11.2013 under Sections 406/420/323/354/448/447 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas.

The matter is pending since 2015.

None appears on behalf of the petitioners.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State prays for a direction to serve a copy of the petition upon her by the department.

The matter pertains to quashing of a proceeding of G.R. case is pending since 2015 and it was dealt with by this Hon'ble Court on December 18, 2017.

Considering the long pendency of the matter and the same is running in the Warning List since 21.02.2025, this Court finds no reason to keep the matter pending further, hence, the instant revisional application is dismissed for default.

Accordingly, the prayer of the learned Advocate for the State is not considered.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned trial Court immediately.
