Writ petitioner and the State are represented. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner points out the typographical error occurring in paragraphs 3 and 5 of the order dated August 7, 2024. She submits that, the victim would be staying with the writ petitioner. Such contention of the writ petitioner is not being disputed on behalf of the State.

In such circumstances, paragraphs 3 and 5 of the order dated August 7, 2024 be replaced thus:- "3.

Learned advocate appearing for the State Submits that, the victim recorded a statement that she wants to stay with the writ petitioner.

Both are adults. Victim chose to stay with the writ petitioner."

CAN 1 of 2024 is accordingly disposed of.
