Mr. Gopal Ch. Ghosh, Sr. Adv., Mr. R. Mondal, Mr. S. Saha ...for the petitioner Present petition has been filed for early disposal of L.R.A. Execution Case No.27 of 2018 arising out of L.R.A. Case No.113 of 2006 pending before the learned Judge L.A. Court (3rd Additional District Judge) Barasat, District - North 24 Parganas. Pursuant to the order dated 6th September, 2022, the opposite party has duly been served. Affidavit of service has been filed.

However, none appeared for the opposite party, there are three proforma opposite parties, no relief has been claimed against them.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that award in this case was passed on 9th February, 2018. Pursuant to this execution petition was filed by the petitioner, however, there are no

effective orders in the execution petition and the same is being adjourned on one ground of the other. Learned senior counsel has invited the attention of the Court to the order dated 24th March, 2022 whereby the authority was given last an final opportunity either to make payment of the decreetal dues or to bring stay order. However, learned senior counsel submits that neither any stay was granted by any court nor the decreetal amount has been deposited.

In view of the submissions made learned trial court is directed to expedite the matter in accordance with law and dispose of the same preferably within six months.

The court shall not grant any unnecessary adjournments.

Accordingly, CO 2583 of 2022 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
