2. Ms. Ghose, learned advocate appears for the Staterespondent.

3. This is an application under section 482 read with section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, filed by the petitioner for quashing of the entire proceeding being G.R. Case No.3962 of 2009, arising out of Ghola Police Station Case No.310 of 2009 dated 8th November, 2009 and the impugned Charge-sheet No.88 of 2010 dated 30th April, 2010 under section 420/406 of Indian Penal Code and also impugned order dated 11th June, 2014, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas.

4. The matter was dealt with by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the year 2015 when an interim order was granted, which was extended till 2016. Since thereafter, the petitioner has taken no steps to move the matter. Pursuant to the prayer of adjournment made on behalf of the petitioner the matter was adjourned on 3rd April,

2025. Considering the long pendency of the matter, the court finds no reason to keep the matter pending further.

5. The criminal revisional application is, accordingly, dismissed for default. The pending application, if any, is also dismissed.
