The present revision of the year 2019 has been preferred praying for quashing of a charge-sheet being Tehatta Police Station charge-sheet No. 276 of 2019 dated 19.07.2019 alleging commission of offences punishable under Sections 409/420 of the IPC corresponding to G.R. No. 1004 of 2017 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tehatta, Nadia arising out of Tehatta Police Station case No. 475 of 2017 dated 23.09.2017. As none appears for the petitioner on repeated calls, the revisional application stands dismissed for default. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
