The present revision of the year 2019 has been preferred praying for an order dated June 11, 2019 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Tamluk, District - Purba Medinipur thereby rejecting the prayer of discharge under Section 227 of the Cr.P.C., 1973 in connection with S.T. No. 8(1) of 2018 arising out of Tamluk Police Station Case No. 452 of 2017 dated October 9,2017 under Sections 365/366/120B of the IPC, 1860 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 2100 of 2017.

As none appears for the petitioner on repeated calls, the revisional application stands dismissed for default. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
