Mr. Sanjib Seth .....for the petitioners Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners would not like to press this application and would instead pray for an expeditious disposal of the proceeding in which they can take up all the points on behalf of the petitioners. On the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the revisional application is dismissed as not pressed.

However, the learned trial court is requested to conclude the proceeding as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties.

The petitioners shall be at liberty to raise all the points taken up in this application before the learned trial court.
