No. 132 (U)/2016 (New S.T. No. 206/2016), corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1268 of 2016, arising out of Uluberia Women P.S. Case No. 33 of 2016 dated 13.06.2016 under Section 376D of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67 of the Information Technology Act .

Learned counsel for the State/petitioner submits a report wherein it is seen that the proceedings challenged in the present revision has already been disposed of. Let the report be taken on record.
