Learned advocate for the State submits that pursuant to the information received from the complainant, the police authorities registered a case, recorded statement under Section 183 of the BNSS and also have arranged for medical examination of the informant.

Having considered that, at the relevant point of time, steps were taken, I do not find any further directions to be passed except to the extent that more

than 12 months have passed since the investigation commenced.

Having considered the relevant sections under which the case was registered, it would be in the fitness of circumstances to take the investigation to its logical conclusion preferably within a month from the date of communication of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 19549 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
