Mr. Milon Mukherjee, Sr. Adv., Mr. S. Sarkar, Mr. Arijit Dey .....for the Petitioners Pursuant to the order dated July 08, 2022 supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioners enclosing a receipt deposit of Rs.5,000/- with the concerned department of Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Haldia.

However, the petitioners are directed to furnish a good behavior bond with the Learned Executive Magistrate of the jurisdiction Court, Haldia which will be operative for a period of one year. Such bond would be for an amount of Rs.1,000/-. Accordingly, the sentence is modified as above. Thus, CRR 2718 of 2005 is partly allowed and modified in respect of the sentence as stated above.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
