Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocates appearing for the petitioner and the respondent nos. 5 and 6.

The petitioner happens to be mother of the respondent no.5 who has been allegedly thrown out from her dwelling house.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent nos. 5 and 6 submits that any time, the petitioner can come and stay at the residence and they will not create any impediment. There is an apprehension expressed by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner regarding harassment being inflicted upon the petitioner.

Having considered the overall circumstances, I direct that the Officer-in-Charge, Jamalpur Police Station to keep a strict vigil so far as the issue

relating to breach of the peace at the premises of the petitioner is concerned.

The petitioner would report at Jamalpur Police Station on 29th September, 2024 at 11 a.m. It would be the duty of the Officer-in-Charge, Jamalpur Police Station to make arrangements so that the petitioner can smoothly enter her residence.

A lady constable be deployed by the Officerin-Charge, Jamalpur Police Station who would once in a day for the next fifteen days visit the residence and take information from the petitioner herself whether any harassment or humiliation has been inflicted upon her.

At the end of fifteen days, a report be submitted to the Superintendent of Police, Purba Bardhaman enclosing the order passed by this Court.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 19617 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
