Mr. Mukherjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the writ petition was filed with a prayer to recover the petitioner's granddaughter, namely, Asrima Khatun (in short, Asrima). During pendency of the writ petition, Asrima was recovered and as such, the writ petition has become infructuous.

In view thereof, the writ petition being WPA (H) 66 of 2021 is dismissed as infructuous.
