1. Petitioner has assailed order dated 16.05.2024 whereby warrant of arrest was issued. He contends he was on bail and intends to appear before the trial Court and face the proceeding.

2. Ms. Manisha Sharma, who ordinarily appears for the State, is requested to appear in the instant case for the State. Learned Public Prosecutor is directed to regularize her appointment.

3. Warrant of arrest issued against the petitioner shall remain suspended for a period of six weeks from date within which period petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail in accordance with law. In the event he fails to do so, warrant of arrest shall stand revived and be executed against him in accordance with law.
