On perusal of the order dated 4th October, 2023, it is revealed that in the cause title instead of "CPAN 1035 of 2013" and "Jhargram Forest Merchants Vs. Subhas Das" in the instant application, it should be read as ""CPAN 1135 of 2013" and "Jhargram Forest Merchant's Association Vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors.". The other portion of the order dated 4th October, 2023 shall remain the same.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
