Mr. Imran Ali .. for the State The present revision has been preferred praying for quashing of the impugned charge sheet being No. 84 of 2023 dated 30.4.2023 under sections 498A/406 and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act forming the subject matter of the impugned Criminal Proceedings being GR Case No. 633 of 2023 of the Court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate , Serampore , Hooghly arising out of Jangipara Police Station FIR No. 87 of 2023 dated 19.3.2023 under sections 498A/406 and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

None appears for the petitioners on repeated calls but the learned counsel for the State is present.

The present revision is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise the issue raised in the present case before the appropriate forum.

The revisonal application being CRR 2940 of 2023 stands disposed of.

All applications connected thereto stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial Court for compliance.
