The learned Counsel for the petitioner has filed affidavit-of-service. Let the same be taken on record.

It appears that in spite of service of notice, the respondent, Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd., is not represented.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner has moved the application for condonation of delay, being CAN 1 of 2025. It appears that the applicant is aged about 71 years and has been suffering from various ailments. The learned Counsel has failed to show any document regarding the prolonged illness of the present petitioner.

However, the learned Counsel has sought for an accommodation for filing medical documents with a supplementary affidavit.
