In terms of the order dated 4th December, 2024 it appears that steps have been taken by the petitioner as well as authority of Beldanga Cossimbazar Raj Gobinda Sundari High School, Murshidabad for reconstruction of service records of other staff of the aforesaid school with the assistance of the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Murshidabada.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner and the aforesaid school authority that No Liability Certificate has been issued on 2nd January, 2025 in favour of the petitioner for release of retiral dues including pension.

Copy of the No Liability Certificate dated 2nd January, 2025 is taken on record.

The District Inspector of Schools (SE) being respondent no.4 is directed to forward pension papers of the petitioner on completing formality to the Director

of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance being respondent no.3 by seven days from date and on receipt of pension papers respondent no.3 is directed to issue pension payment order in favour of the petitioner by fortnight thereafter. Retiral dues including pension shall be released in favour of the petitioner expeditiously but not later than six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
