Re : I.A. No. CAN 2 OF 2022 ---------- This is an application for condonation of delay for about 802 days in applying for restoration of the writ petition.

Mr. Sabyasachi Mondal, learned counsel appears for the applicant/petitioner.

Ms. Munmun Ganguly, learned State counsel appears for the respondent nos. 1 to 4.

Despite notice, the rest of the respondents are not represented.

Learned State counsel opposes the said application and prays for time to file affidavit-in-opposition. The respondents shall file their affidavits-inopposition on or before June 18, 2024. Affidavit-in-reply, if any thereto, shall be filed on or before June 28, 2024.

The matter shall appear under the heading "Application" in the Combined Monthly List of July, 2024.

I.A. No. CAN 1 OF 2022 ------------- This is the connected restoration application. This application shall appear along with I.A. No. CAN 2 of 2022 as directed above.
