Report so submitted earlier before this Court reflects that the petitioner is suffering from various medical disabilities and was admitted at a hospital in London. The wife/opposite party No.2 is not able to take a decision as the divorce case is pending.

Under the changed circumstances, if the husband and the wife are able to take a consensus decision and the wife is ready to withdraw the matrimonial proceedings, learned Magistrate would record the statement of the wife and thereafter if it is expressed that she is unwilling to proceed with the case, then drop the proceedings. In the alternative, learned Magistrate would proceed in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 2500 of 2021 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
