Service report filed by the State in court today be kept with the records.

The allegation against the petitioner is of raping a minor girl of 11 years. There is sufficient incriminating material in the case diary including the statement of the victim girl and her mother recorded under Section 164 Cr. P. C.

However, before the vulnerable witnesses are examined, we are not inclined to entertain the petitioner's prayer for bail, at this stage.

CRM (DB) 2642 of 2024 is, thus, dismissed.
