Mr. Amal Kumar Banerjee .for the respondent nos.6&7 None appears on behalf the petitioner.

Inadvertent typographical error has crept into order dated 22nd November, 2023 in the cause title as also in the 3rd line of the order noting the representation of the learned advocate Mr. Amal Kumar Banerjee, for respondent nos. 2 & 3 instead of the respondent nos. 6 & 7. The representation of Mr. Amal Kumar Banerjee should be noted for respondent no. 6 & 7 instead of respondent no. 2 & 3 in the aforesaid order.

The order dated 22nd November, 2023 is modified to the above extent.

The other portions of the aforesaid order shall remain unaltered.

On the previous date, i.e. on 22nd November, 2023 the petitioner also failed to appear.

In view of the above, the writ petition being WPA 19290 of 2022 along with all connected applications, if any, stands dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Urgent photostat copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of necessary legal formalities.
