1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioner complains of faulty investigation into FIR registered by Mahishadal Police Station in respect of a complaint against the private respondents.

3. The private respondents in turn had also complained to the police which have been registered as FIRs against the petitioner.

4. It is submitted by the Counsel for the private respondents that investigation into both the FIRs have been completed and charge-sheets being C.S. No. 388 of 2021 and No.391 of 2021 have been submitted.

5. It appears from the records that there is also a civil suit pending being Title Suit No. 114 of 2021 before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Haldia in respect of their rights in connection with the property.

6. This Court is of the view that in respect of any grievance as regards improper investigation, the

parties may approach the concerned Magistrate under Section 173(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

7. Mahishadal Police Station shall ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area.

8. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

9. There will be no order as to costs.
