Petitioner apprehends that he may be harassed at the behest of the accused who has been granted bail in connection with Kandi Police Station Case No.384 of 2024 dated 20.07.2024.

If a representation is made before the Deputy Superintendent of Police or the SDPO or any Officer who is having jurisdiction of Kandi Police Station, he would consider the representation for any police protection, if at all in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 19565 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
