Mr. Ray, learned Senior Advocate appearing of behalf of the Union of India submits that he has received instruction that the writ petitioner has been reinstated in service on 8th June 2023 (A/N). He submits that since the petitioner has now been reinstated in service, it shall be open to the petitioner to seek necessary relief from the respondents directly.

The petitioner, however, is not represented.

In view thereof, considering the submissions made by Mr. Ray, learned Senior Advocate, I dispose of the present writ application by permitting the petitioner to seek necessary relief directly from the respondents, in accordance with law.

Let the copy of the letter dated 16th June 2023, as made over by Mr. Ray, learned Senior Advocate, to this Court be retained with the record.

With the above observations and directions, the writ application being W.P.A. 19298 of 2022 is accordingly disposed of.
