Report reflects that pursuant to the complaint so filed, Salar Police Station Case No.238 of 2024 was registered for investigation under Sections 126(2)/115(2)/351(3) BNS.

The investigation of the case is in progress. As such, the Investigating Officer is directed to take effective steps and take the investigation to its logical conclusion. If the investigation of the case has already been completed, the petitioner being the de facto complainant is to be notified to address his grievance, if any. In the alternative, the learned Magistrate in

seisin of the matter would proceed in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 19568 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
