Mr. Samaresh Chandra Dhara ...for the petitioner Mr. Lalit Mohan Mahata, Mr. Ziaul Haque ...for the State The grievance of the petitioner is directed against the failure of the respondent authorities to consider the representation of the petitioner. In an earlier round of litigation, by an order dated November 14, 2022, a Coordinate Bench had directed the petitioner to furnish all particulars with exact details and file a fresh representation after obtaining all necessary information.

It is submitted on behalf of the State authorities that despite the order dated November 14, 2022, the petitioner has failed to file any fresh representation.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is misconceived and not maintainable.

W.P.A. No. 18924 of 2023 stands disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to act in terms

of the earlier order dated November 14, 2022 and file a fresh representation in terms thereof. If such representation is filed, the State Authority will consider and dispose of the same in terms of the order dated November 14, 2022.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
