(Through Video Conference) Mr. Ramkrishna Bhattacharjee, Ms. Busra Khatun ..for the Petitioner Mr. Raja Saha, Mr. Biswabrata Basu Mullick ..for the State The grievance raised in the present PIL is that while preparing the waiting list of Prime Minister Awaas Yojana-G Scheme the names of 199 beneficiaries, who were otherwise eligible and who were geo-tagged, have been left out thereby depriving them of the benefit of the Scheme. The submission of counsel for the petitioner is that these beneficiaries are in respect of Shitgram Gram Panchayat Sansad No.5 and the petitioner has already filed the detailed representation dated 02.12.2021 before the respondent no.3/Block Development Officer, Raiganj, District Uttar Dinajpur raising the said grievance but the grievance has not been looked into till now.

Learned counsel for the State fairly submits that there is no objection in considering the petitioner's representation within a time bound period.

Hence, the present petition is disposed of at this stage by directing the respondent no.3 to take an appropriate decision on the petitioner's representation dated 02.12.2021 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh copy of the representation along with all the necessary documents before the respondent no.3 along with a copy of this order.

Petition is accordingly disposed of.
