This application for cancellation of bail was preferred challenging the order dated 29.07.2009 passed by learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta. The application appeared lastly on 10.09.2009. This Court has not been apprised regarding the present stage of the proceedings. Having regard to the period of time which has elapsed in the meantime, I am not inclined to interfere at this belated stage. Accordingly, CRM 11799 of 2009 is dismissed.
