Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the representation dated 10.07.2024 addressed to the Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge, Chanditala Police Station has not been redressed. Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

The summary of the information relate to allegations that out of a due of Rs. 30,34,765/- a sum of Rs. 21,50,000/- has already been paid and there are dues of Rs. 8,84,765/-. The same is a breach of contract. There is no element of any criminality involved, petitioner would be at liberty to approach

the jurisdictional civil court for claim relating to the dues or damages.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 19658 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending applications if any are consequently disposed of.
