For respondent Nos. 2, 3 Mr. Rejaul Alam, learned counsel for the Court No. 22 28.9.2022 (Item No. 5) (AB) petitioner informed this Court today that, the petitioner namely, Sania Parvin, pursuant to the observation made by this Court dated September 6, 2022 received admission at the Government College of Nursing, Kharagpur S. D. Hospital. She has been attending the classes.

A copy of the relevant communication dated September 7, 2022 issued by the acting Principal of the relevant College to the effect as stated above is kept on record.

In view of the above, nothing further survives in this writ petition. This writ petition being W.P.A. 19303 of 2022 stands disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

Urgent certified photo copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
