Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that his possession is being interfered with by the private respondents and inspite of informing the police authorities no steps have been taken.

Learned Counsel for the State has submitted a report. Let the report be kept on record.

Report reflects that police authorities have drawn up proceedings under Section 126 of the BNSS or under Section 107 of the CRPC when situation arose. Learned Counsel for the respondent no. 7 submits petitioner intends to grab the properties of the other relations and a part of the property has been sold by his father.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner refuting such contentions submitted that the private respondents no. 8, 9 and 10 are associates of the respondent no. 7 who are interfering with his peaceful possession. Be that as it may, so far as his legal right in respect of possession petitioner has approached the

jurisdictional civil court, if any order is passed by the jurisdictional civil court for police assistance, Police authorities would respect and obey such order. In the meantime police authorities would keep a strict vigil and ensure that no further untoward incident crops up because of their inimical relationship between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 19650 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
